FAQs

What will therapy look like?

We can work together, in a safe, reflective space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I can help you to address issues that are causing you emotional pain or discomfort that keep you from achieving the quality of life you deserve. As well as talking about what is going on for you in the present day, we might explore your past and relationships in order to understand yourself, your patterns and your feelings better.

What are your qualifications?

I have a bachelors degree in Psychosocial Studies, a Post-graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling and an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute.

I have completed an EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) training for relationship and couples therapy.

What is an Assessment Session?

When you contact me, we will first have an Initial Assessment Session. This is an introductory session that lasts 50 minutes and will give you a chance to get to know me and see how I work.

Who do you work with?

My practice is informed by intersectional and inclusive feminism and anti-oppressive practices.

I work with everyone, but I especially encourage enquiries from all LGBTQ+ folks, transgender and gender non conforming people, people in non-monogamous or unconventional relationships, sex workers, and other marginalised groups.

How long is a session?

Sessions for individuals last 50 minutes

Sessions for relationship therapy lasts 60 minutes or more

What is your fee?

I offer a sliding scale, £70-£100 per session for individuals, £100-130 for couples. Please do get in touch if cost is a barrier to accessing therapy.

Do you offer long term or short term therapy?

Both, I can offer long term, on going therapy and short term therapy.

Where are you based?

I’m based in London and offer face to face sessions at HQ Therapy, Haggerston, E8.

I also work out of Hebden Bridge, and can offer face to face sessions.

I offer online session for clients who are unable to attend face to face.
